सा.का.मि 617 (अ )/अ.व./ईल . केन्द्रीय सरकार , ईख (नियंत्रक) आदेश , 1966 के खंड 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , और उनके उपखंड (1) में वर्णित विभिन्न तक्ष्यों को ध्यान में रखते हुए , ऐसे प्राधिकारियों , निकायों और संगमों से परामर्श करने के पश्चात् जिनसे परामर्श करना यह आवश्यक समझती है और ईस की आधारित न्यूनतम कीमत 13.00 रुपए क्विंटल 991 GI/81

के आधार पर जो 8.5 प्रतिशत या उससे कम वसूली से सहबत्व है , जिसके साथ 8.5 प्रतिशत से अधिक की प्रत्येक 0.1 प्रतिशत की वसूली की वृद्धि पर 15.2941 पैसा प्रति क्विंटल का प्रीमियम है , इससे उपाब्द्ध अनुसूची की स्तम्भ (3) में र्वािर्नार्दष्ट कीमत' को उस न्यूनतम कीमत के रूप में नियत करती है जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 2) में तत्त्संबंधी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट निर्यात पात्र प्रक्रिया वाले ईस के कारखाने के स्वामियों द्वारा या उनके अभिकर्ताओ द्वारा उनके कार- खाना द्वार पर या किसी क्रय केन्द्र पर 30 सितम्बर , 1932 को समाप्त होने वाले ईस वर्ष 1981-82 के लिए परिदत्त ईख के लिए संदेय होगी किन्तु ऐसा , उक्त आदेश के खंड 3 - क के अधीन उसके लिए संदेय रिबेट के अधीन रहते हुए किया जाएगा ।

New Delhi , the 25th November , 1981
price of sugarcane at Rs . 13.00 per quintal linked to a recovery of 8.5 per cent or below with a premium of 15.2941 paise per quintal for every 0.1 per cent increase in recovery above 8.5 per cent , hereby fixes the price specified in column (3 ) of the Schedule hereto annexed as the minimum price that shall

Com./Sugarcane .In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 3 of the Sugarcane ( Control ) Order , 1966 , and having regard to the various factors mentioned in sub-clause ( 1 ) thereof, the Central Government , after consultation with such authorities , bodies and associations az are consi- dered necessary by it to be consulted and on the basis of the basic minimum be payable by the owner of the vacuum pan process sugar factory specified in the corresponding entry in column ( 2 ) of the said Schedule or their agents for sugarcane delivered at the gate of the factory or any purchasing centre for भारत का राजपत्र श्रसाधारण
