And. whereas, by the Order of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Deve- lopment) No. S.O. 787(E)/18A/1DRA,'77, dated the 28th No\ember, 1977, the duration of the said O.der was exten- ded for a further period of two years upto and inclusive of the 28th November, 1979 :
And, whereas, by the Order of the Government of India, in the Ministiy of Industiy (Dep-utrnent of Industrial Deve- lopment) No. S.O. 757(E)'/18A/[DRA/79, dated the 26th November, 1979, the duration of the said Order was exten- ded for a further period of one year upto and inclusive of the 28th November, 1980 ;
And, wheieas. by the OrJ.et of the Government of India, in the Ministiy of Industry (Department of Industtial Deve- lopment) No. S.O. 391(E)/1SA/IDRA/81 dated the 28th M ty, 1981, the duration of the said Order was extended lor a lufiner period of six m >nths upto arid inclusive of th; 28th November, 1981 ;
And, whereas, the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public inter c-st that the said Order should continue to have effect for a further period of one year ;
Now. therefoie. in exercise of the powers conferred by the pio\iso to sub-section (2) of section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Govemmcn. hereby diieets that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period of one 5-ear upto and inclusive of the 28th November, 1982.
