सा० का० मि ० 621(अ) -भारतीय पुलिस सेवा ( संवर्ग ) नियम 1954 के नियम 4 के उपनियम ( 2 ) के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार उड़ीसा सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय पुलिस सेवा ( संवर्ग संख्या नियतन) विनियम, 1955 में और आगे संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्न- लिखित नियम बताते है, अर्थात्
1. ( 1 ) इन विनियमों को भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (संवर्ग संख्या भियतन) छठवाँ संशोधन विनियम , 1981 कहा जा सकेगा ।
( 2 ) ये विनियम भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से लागू होगें ।
2. भारतीय पुलिस सेवा ( संवर्ग संख्या नियतन) विनियम, 1955 की अनुसूची में शीर्षक " उड़ीसा" व अन्य प्रविष्टियों की जगह निम्मलिखित प्रविष्टियाँ प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात्

G.S.R. No. 621 ( E) . In execrise of the powers conferred by sub -section( 1 ) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951) read with sub -Rule (2) of Rule 4 of the Indian Police Service (Cadre) Rules , 1954, the Central Government, in con- sultation with the Government of Orissa , hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Police Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations , 1955 , namely :
1. (1) These Regulations may be called the Indian Police Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength) Sixth Amend- ment Regulations, 1981 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publica- tion in the Gazette of India .
2. In the Schedule to the Indian Police Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations , 1955, for the heading " Orissa" and the entries occurring thereunder , the following shall be substituted, namely :-

सा० का० नि० 622 (अ) भारतीय पुलिस (सेवा ) ( वेतन ) नियम, 1954 के नियम 11 के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 61) को धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उड़ीसा सरकार के परामर्श से भारतोय पुलिस सेवा ( वेतन ) नियम, 1954 में और आगे संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्: --
1. ( 1) इन विनियमों को भारतीय पुलिस सेवा ( वेतन ) छठवां संशोधन विनियम , 1981 कहा जा सकेगा ।
(2 ) ये विनियम राजपत्त्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होंगें ।
2. भारतीय पुलिस सेवा ( वेतन ) नियम , 1954 में: --
(क) अनुसूची III क राज्य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय पुलिस सेवा में समय वेतनमान से अधिक वेतन वाले पद सारणी में " उड़'सा " के पहले कालम में तथा दूसरे तथा तीसरे कालम में दी गई तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्न- लिखित प्रविष्टियां क्रमशः प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात्: -- राज्य पदोंका विवरण वेतन/वेतनमान 1 2 3
