NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th November, 1981
S.O. 857(K).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (i) of Section 63A of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1939 (4 of 1939), the Central Govern- ment hereby appoint Sarvasbri N. Sivaguru, Chief Engineer (Roads) Ministry of Shipping arid Transport and B. N. Jayasimha, Trampoit Secretary, Andhra Pradesh vice Sarvashri L. S. Bassi, Chief Engineer (Planning), Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Roads Wing), New Delhi and Dilsakb Ram, Trans- port Secretary, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad and make the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wing), No. S.O. 2097, dated the 15th July, 1978.
In the said notification, for item Nos. (4) and (6) and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :—
"U) Sfari N. Sivaguru, Chief Engineer (Roads), Ministry of Shipping acd Transport, (Roads Wins), New Delhi. Member
and
(6) Shii U N Jayasimha, Transport Secretary, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad. Member"
