S.O. 885(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend . .the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, namely:—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of Business) (.One. Hundred and Fifty- second Amendment) Rules, 1981.
(2) They shall come into force at once.
2. In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, in tho Second Schedule,—
(i) under" the heading "Ministry of Civil Supplies (Nagrik Poorti Mantralaya)", for entry 5, the following ent- ries shall be substituted, namely :—
"5. Prevention of Blackmarketlng and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities Act, 1980.
5A. Consumer Cooperatives.";
"3. Nodal responsibility for all matters relating to the Minimum Needs Programme in. the rural areas in the field of elementary education, adult education, rural health, rural electrifi- cation, rural water supply (excluding central- ly sponsored scheme of accelerated rural •water supply), housing for landless rural labour and the nutrition programme." ;
(b) ufter entry 13, the following entry shall be
inserted, namely:—i
"14. All matters relating to 'rural roads including those under the Minimum Needs Programme in the rural areas.";
(v) under the heading "Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Nauwahan. aur Pariwahan Mantralaya)", for entry 8 the following entries shall be substi- tuted, namely:—
"8. Ship-building and Ship-repair industry,
8A. Fishing vessel industry.
8B. Floating craft industry.".
