सा० का० नि० 641 ( प्र) -21 नवम्बर , 1981 को राष्ट्रपति द्वारा जारी किया गया निम्नलिखित श्रादेश , सर्वसाधारण की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाशित किया जाता है
मणिपुर और त्रिपुरी राज्य के राज्यपाल ( मसे और विशेषाधिकार ) संशोधन श्रावेश,

राष्ट्रपति, उत्तर -पूर्वी क्षेत्र ( पुनर्गठन ) अधिनियम , 1971 ( 1971 का 81 ) की धारा 48 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, मणिपुर और त्रिपुरा राज्य राज्यपाल ( भत्ते और विशेषाधिकार) आदेश , 1972 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित श्रादेश करते हैं ; अर्थात्:--
1. इस आदेश का संक्षिप्त नाम मणिपुर और त्रिपुरा राज्य राज्यपाल ( भत्ते और विशेषा- धिकार) संशोधन आदेश, 1981 है ।

2. मणिपुर और त्रिपुरा राज्य राज्यपाल ( भत्ते और विशेषाधिकार ) आदेश , 1972 के (जिसे इसे इसके पश्चात् मूल आदेश कहा गया है) पैरा 4 के उप-पेरा ( 2 ) में मद ( ii) के पश्चात्निम्नलिखित मद अंतःस्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात्
" ( iii) 1,600 रुपये का उपस्कर भत्ता"
3. मूल आदेश में पैरा 7 के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित पंरा अंतः स्थापिन किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:--
" 7 क ( 1 ) राज्यपाल अपनी छुट्टी की अवधि के दौरान अपने वेतन दो बदने केवल 2,750 रुपये प्रति वर्ष की दर से छुट्टी भत्ते का हकदार होगा ।
( 2) कार्यकारी राज्यपाल किसी छुट्टी भत्ते का हकदार नहीं होगा ।"
4. मूल आदेश की पहली अनुसूची में, मणिपुर राज्य से संबंधित प्रविष्टियों में, स्तंभ ( 3 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 40,000 रुपये " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ।
5. मूल आदेश की दूसरी अनुसूची में , मणिपुर राज्य से संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर 1 अप्रैल , 1981 से निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियों रखी जाएगी , अर्थात् :--

6. मूल आदेश की तीसरी अनुसूची में, " राज्यपाल के शासकीय आवास की बावत अधिकतम वार्षिक राशि- ग्रनुरक्षण और मरम्मत" शीर्षक के नीचे , मणिपुर राज्य से संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर 1 अप्रैल, 1981 से निम्नलिखिन प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएगी , अर्थात्

G.S.R. 641 ( E) .-The following Order made by the President on 21st Novem- ber 1981 is published for general information : ---
THE GOVERNORS OF THE STATES OF MANIPUR AND TRIPURA (ALLOWANCES AND PRIVILEGES) AMENDMENT ORDER , 1981 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 48 of the North- Ecastern Areas (Reorganisation) Act, 1971 (81 of 1971 ) , the President hereby makes the following 1831

Order to amend the Goveruers of the States of Manipur and Tripura (Allowances and Privileges ) Order , 1972 , namely :
1. This Order may bo called the Governors of the States of Manipur and Tri- pura (Allowances and Privileges ) Amendment Order, 1981 .
2. In paragraph 4 of the Governors of the States of Manipur and Tripura (Allow- ances and Privilegos ) Order , 1972 (hereinafter referred to as the principal order ) , in sub- paragraph (2 ) , after item (ii) , the following item shall bo inserted, namely:
" (iii) an Equipment Allowance of Rs . 1,600/ - " .
3. Ta the principal Order , aftor paragraph 7, the following paragraph shall be insertod, namely :-
" 7A ( 1 ) The Governor shall , daring the period of his leave, be entitled only to a leave allowance at the rate of Rs . 2,750/ - per mousem in licu of his salary .
(2) An acting Governor shall not be entitled to any leave allowanco" .
4. In the First Schedule to the Principal Order , in the entries relating to the State of Manipur, for the entry in column ( 3 ) , the entry " Rs . 40,000 /- " shall be substi- tuted .
5. In the Second Schedule to the principal Order, with elect from the 1st day of April , 1981 , for the ontries relating to the State of Manipur , the following entries shall be substituted , namely :; ---

6.
