NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 5th December, 1981
G.S.R. 642(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5, read with sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Em- ployees' Provident Funds and Miscellaenous Provisions Act, 1952 (19 of 1952), the Central Government hereby makes the following Scheme further to amend the Employees' Pro- vident Funds Scheme, 1952, namely:—
1. This Scheme may be called the Employees' Provident
Funds (Seventh Amendment) Scheme, 1981.
2, In the Employees' Provident Funds Scheme, 1952, in paragraph 1, sub-paragraph (3) clause (b), after item (xe,ii), the following item shall be added namely :—

G.S.R, 643(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (,3) of section 1 of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (19 of 1952), the Central Government hereby specifics esta- blishments engaged in poultry farming and employing twenty or more persons as a class of establishments to which the nnid Act shall apply with Immediate effect.
