सा०का० नि० 651 (श्र) . भारतीय पुलिस सेवा ( संवर्ग ) नियम 1954 के नियम 4 के उप नियम ( 2 ) के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार हरियाणा सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय पुलिस सेवा ( सवर्ग सख्या का नियतन ) बिनियम, 1955 में और आगे सशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्न- लिखित विनियम बनाती है, अर्थात्-
1. ( 1) इन विनियमों का माम भारतीय पुलिस सेवा ( संवर्ग सख्या का नियतन ) सातवां संशोधन विनियम, 1981 है ।
(2) ये विनियम राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होगे ।
2. भारतीय पुलिस सेवा ( सवर्ग सख्या मा नियतन ) विनियम , 1955 की अनुसूची में " हरियाणा" शीर्षक और उमसे सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टियो के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात

G.S.R. 651 (E) .--In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act , 1951 (61 of 1951) read with sub-rule (2) of Rule 4 of the Indian Police Service (Cadre) Rules , 1954 , the Central Government , in consultation with the Government of Haryana , hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Police Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations , 1955 , namely:-
1. (1) These Regulations maybe called the Indian Police Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Seventh Amendment Regulations , 1981 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Gazette of India.
2. In the Schedule to the Indian Police Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations , 1955, for the heading " Haryana " and the entries occurring thereunder , the following shall be substituted, namely :-

सा० का ० नि० 652 ( ७).-भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (वेतन ) नियम, 1954 के नियम 11 के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रवत्त
शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार हरियाणा सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (वेतन ) नियम, 1954 में और मागे संशो- धन करने के लिए एसद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात:-
1. ( 1 ) इम विनियमों का नाम भारतीय पुलिस सेवा ( वेतन ) सातवां संशोधन विनियम , 1981 है ।

( 2) ये विनियम राजपत्त्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. भारतीय पुलिस सेवा ( वेतन ) नियम, 1954 के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची- iii में,--
(क) " -----राज्य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय पुलिम सेवा के ममय बेतनमान से अधिक वेतन वाले पत्र" शीर्षक के अधीन "हरियाणा" प्रविष्टि के आगे , पहले कालम में यूसरे तथा तीसरे कालमो में दी गई तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्न- लिखित प्रविष्टियां क्रमश. प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
