सा० फा० मि 653 (प्र) केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारतीय वन सेवा ( सवर्ग ) नियम, 1966 के नियम 4 के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधि- नियम, 1951 ( 1961 का 61 ) की धारा 8 की उप धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और " हरियाणा " सरकार से परामर्श करके, भारतीय वन सेवा ( संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन ) विनियम, 1966 में भागे संशोधन करने के लिए एसद्वारा निम्मलिखित विनियम बनाती है , अर्थात्
1. ( 1 ) इन विनियमों का माम भारतीय वन सेवा ( संवर्ग पव संख्या का नियतन ) नया संशोधन विनियम , 1981 है ।
( 2) में राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2 भारतीय बन सेवा ( पद संख्या का नियतन) विनियम , 1966 को अमुसूची में "हरियाणा " शीर्षक और उसके अधीन भाने वाली प्रवि- ष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्:-

मुख्य विनियम दिनांक 31-10-1966 की अधिसूचना संख्या 6/16/ 66- ८० भा० से० ( IV ) द्वारा दिनांक 31-10-1966 के भारत के असाधारण राजपत्तन में सामान्य सांविधिक नियम संख्या 1673 के रूप में अधिसूचित किए गए थे और हरियाणा की संवर्ग पद-संख्या विनांक 26-4-1971 की अधिसूचना संख्या 6/ 36/ 76-प्र ०भा० से० ( IV) द्वारा विनांक 8-5-1971 के सामान्य सांविधिक नियम संख्या 605 के रूप में , दिनांक 4-12-1972 के सामान्य सांविधिक नियम संख्या 478 ( ई ) के रूप में और दिनांक 6 जुलाई, 1976 की अधिसूचना संख्या 16016/ 29/ 75-अ ० भा ०से० ( IV) -ए , दिनांक 6-7-1976 के सामान्य सांविधिक मियम संख्या 444~ ( ई ) के रूप में, संशोधित की गई थी ।

New Delhi , the 10th December , 1981
G.S.R. 653 (E) -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 8 of the All India Service Act, 1951 , (61 of 1961) , read with rule 4 of the Indian Forest Service (Cadre) Rules , 1966, the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of " Haryana " hereby makes the following regu- lations further to amend the Indian Forest Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1966, namely :-
1. (1 ) These regulations may be called the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Ninth Amendment regu- lations, 1981 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publica- tion in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Schedule to he Indian Forest Service , (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations , 1966, for the heading " Haryana " and the entries occurring thereunder, the following shall be substituted , namely :-

No. 1673 in the gazette of India Extraordinary of 31-10-1966 and the Cadre Strongth of Haryana has been amended vide Notification No. 6/36/76-AIS ( IV) dated 26-4-1971 as G.S.R. No. 605 dated 8-5-1971 notification No. 6/59/ 72 -AIS ( IV) dated 30-10-197 2 as G.S.R. No. 478 (E) dated 4-12-1972 Notification No. 16016/ 29/75 -AIS (IV ) -A dated the 6th July , 1976 as G.S.R. No. 444 (E ) dated 6-7-1976.

सा० फा० नि० 654 ( अ) फेन्द्रीय सरकार , भारतीय वन सेवा (वेतन) नियम, 1968 के नियम 11 के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 51) की धारा 3 की उप धारा ( 1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और हरयाणा सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय वन सेवा (वेतन ) नियम, 1968 में श्रागे संशो- धन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:--
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का नाम अखिल भारतीय सेवा ( वेतन ) वसर्वा संशोधन नियम , 1981 है ।
( 2 ) ये राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. भारतीय वन सेवा (वेतन ) नियम, 1968 में :--
(क) अनुसूची III-क में राज्य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय वन सेवा में समय वेतनमान से ऊपर के बेसन वाले पदों की तालिका के प्रथम कालम में भाने याली प्रविष्टि " हरियाणा " और द्वितीय तथा तृतीय कालनों की तत्सबंधी प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर मिम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्:--
"हरियाणा"

(ख) भनुसूची III-ख में , राज्य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय बन सेवा के वरिष्ठ समय वेतनमान वाले पक्षों और समय वेतन- मान में बेलन के अतिरिक्त विशेष वेतन बाले पदों की तालिका के प्रथम कालम में भाने वाली प्रविष्टि " हरियाणा " और द्वितीय कालम की तत्संबंधी प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्न- लिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्:-

Conservator of Forests 1800-100-2000 सम्बन्ध में वेतन अनुसूची को विनांक 26-4-1971 की अधिसूचना संख्या 8/ 16/ 71 -अ०जा ०से ० ( IV) द्वारा 8-5-1971 के सामान्य सांविधिक नियम संख्या 662 के रूप में, और दिनांक 6-7-1976 को अधिसूचना संख्या 16016/29/75-ग्र० भा० से० ( IV) - बी, द्वारा विनांक6-7-1976 के सामान्य सांविधिक नियम संख्या 445 ( ई ) के रूप में संशोधित किया गया है ।
(b) In schedule-III -B Posts carrying pay in the senior time- scale of the Indian Forest Service under the state Governments including pests carrying special pays in addition to pay in the time scale, for the entry " Haryana " occuring in the first column and the corresponding entries in the second column, the follow- ing shall be substituted , namely :-

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 3 , of the All India Services Act , 1951 (51 of 1961 ) , read with rule 11 of the Indian Forest Service (pay) Rules , 1968 , the Central Government , in consultation with the Government of Harayana , hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Forest Service (Pay ) Rules, 1968 , namely:--
Deputy Conservator of Production Forests
1. (1) These Rules maybe called the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Tenth Amendment Rules , 1981.
Deputy Conservator of Research & Tr- Forests, aining (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publi- cation in the official Gazette .
2. In the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Rules , 1968 :-
The Principal rules were notified vide Notification No. 2/11 /65 -AIS ( IV) dated 2-3-1968 as G.S.R. No. 482 dated 2-3-1968 and the Pay schedule regarding Haryana Cadre has been amen- ded vide Notification No. 8/ 16 /71 -AIS( IV) dated 26-4-1971 as G.S.R. No. 662 dated 8-5-1971 , Notification No. 16016/29/ 75- AIS( IV)-B dated6-7-1976 as G.S.R. No. 445( E) dated6-7-1976 .
(a) In Schedule III - A Posts carrying pay above the time scale pay in the Indian Forest Service under the State Governments , in the Table for the entry " Haryana" occurring in the first column and the corresponding entries in the second and third columns the following shall be subsituted , namely:-
