का० प्रा० 894 ( प्र) . चीनी उपक्रम (प्रबम्ध ग्रहण) अध्यादेश , 1978 ( 1978 का 5) की धारा 5 की उपधारा ( 2 ) के खण्ड ( ख) के अधीन राजस्थान राज्य के वूत्री जिले में केशोरायपाटन स्थित श्रीमी का विनिर्माण कर रही श्री केशोरायपाटन सहकारी बीनी मिल्म लिमिटेड का प्रबन्ध, भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व कृषि और सिचाई मंत्रालय ( खाद्य विभाग ) के आदेश सं ० का० आ० 704 ( प्र) , तारीख 8 विसम्बर , 1978 द्वारा ( जिसे इसमें इसके पष्चात् उक्न प्रवेश कहा गया है ) 13 दिसम्बर , 1978 से प्रारम्भ होने वाली तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए केन्द्रीय सरकार में निहित कर दिया गया था ,
और केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि लोकहित में यह समीचीन है कि उक्त चीनी उपक्रम का प्रबन्ध 12 दिसम्बर, 1984 और इस तारीख को सम्मिलित करते हुए तीन वर्ष की और अवधि के लिए केन्द्रीय सरकार में निहित बना रहेगा ,
अतः केन्द्रीय सरकार चीनी उपक्रम ( प्रबन्ध ग्रहण ) अधिनियम, 1978 (1978 का 49 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 5 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों

का प्रयोग करते हुए यह निदेश देती है कि उक्त चीनी उपक्रम का प्रबन्ध 12 दिसम्बर , 1984 तक और इस तारीख को सम्मिलित करते हुए , तीन वर्ष की मौर भवधि के लिए केन्द्रीय सरकार में मिहित बना रहेगा ।

S.O. 894(E) . Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Agriculture and Irri- gation (Department of Food ) , No , S.O. 704(E) , dated the 8th December , 1978 ( hereinafter referred to as the said Order), the management of the Shri Keshoraipatan Sahkari Sugar Mills Limited , manufacturing sugar at Keshoraipatan in the iDstrict of Bundi in the State of Rajasthan was vested in the Central Government unde ; clause (b ) of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Sugar Undertakings (Taking Over of Management) Ordinance , 1978 (5 of 1978) , for a period of three years commencing on and from the thirteenth day of December, 1978 ;
And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the management of the said sugar undertaking shall continue to vest in the

Central Government for a further period of three years up to and inclusive of the twelfth day of December, 1984 ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 5) of section 3 of the Sugar Undertakings (Tak- ing Over of Management) Act , 1978 (49 of 1978 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that the management of the said sugar undertaking shall continue to vest in the Central Government for a further period of three years up to and inclusive of the twelfth day of December, 1984.

का० भा० 895 ( श्र) श्रीनी उपक्रम ( प्रबन्ध ग्रहण ) अध्यादेश, 1978 ( 1978 का 5 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 2 ) के खण्ड (ख) महाराष्ट्र राज्य के बुझ्दाना जिले में शंकरनगर स्थित चीनी का विनिर्माण कर रही जीजामाता सहकारी शक्कर कारखाना लिमिटेड का प्रबन्ध, भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व कृषि और सिंचाई मंत्रालय (खाद्य विभाग ) के आदेश सं० का ० आ ० 705 ( भ) , तारीख 8 दिसम्बर , 1978 द्वारा इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त आदेश कहा गया है ) 13 दिसम्बर, 1978 से प्रारम्भ होने वाली तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए केन्द्रीय सरकार में निहित कर दिया गया था ; जिसे

Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the crstwhile Ministry of Agriculture and Irri- gation (Department of Food) , No. S.O. 705 (E) , dated the 8th December , 1978 (hereinafter referred to as the sald Order) , the management of the Jijamata Sahkari Sakhar Karkhana Ltd. , manufacture sugar at Shankarnagar in the District of Buldana in the State of Maharashtra was vested in the Central Government under clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Sugar Undertakings (Taking Over of Management) Ordinance , 1978 (5 of 1978 ) , for a period of three years commencing on and from the thirteenth day of December, 1978 ;
And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the management of the said sugar undertaking shall continue to vest in the Central Government for a further period of three years up to and inclusive of the twelfth day of December , 1984 ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers sub-section (5) of section 3 of the Sugar Undertakings powers conferred by sub -sec (Taking Over of Management) Act , 1978 (49 of 1978) , the Taking Central Government hereby directs that the management of the said sugar undertaking shall continue to vest in the Central Government for a further period of three years up to and inclusive of the twelfth day of December, 1984 .

फा० भा० 896 ( ) चीनी उपक्रम ( प्रघन्ध ग्रहण ) अध्यादेश, 1978 (1978 का 5) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 3) उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य के वेवरिया जिले में देवरिया स्थित , चीनी का विनिर्माण कर रही , वेवरिया चीनी मिल्स लिमिटेड , का प्रबन्ध भारत मरकार के भूतपूर्व कृषि और सिचाई मंत्रालय (खाद्य विभाग ) के आदेश सं ० का० भा० 277 ( श्र) , तारीख 26 विसम्बर , 1978 द्वारा ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त भ्रादेश कहा गया है ) 27 दिसम्बर , 1978 से प्रारम्भ होने वाली तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए केन्द्रीय सरकार में निहित कर दिया गया था;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि लोकहित में यह समीचीन है कि उक्त चीनी उपक्रम का प्रवन्ध 26 दिसम्बर , 1984 और इस तारीख को सम्मिलित करते हुए तीन वर्ष की और अवधि के लिए केन्द्रीय मरकार में निहित बना रहेगा;
अतः केन्द्रीय सरकार चीनी उपक्रम ( प्रबन्ध ग्रहण ) अधिनियम , 1978 (1978 का 49) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 5 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह निवेश देती है कि उक्त चीनी उपक्रम का प्रबन्ध 26 दिसम्बर, 1984 तक और इम तारीख को मम्मिलित करते हुए , तीन वर्ष की और अवधि के लिए केन्द्रीय सरकार में निहित बना रहेगा ।

Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Agriculture and Irri- gation (Department of Food) No. S.O. 727(E) , dated the 26th December, 1978 (hereinafter referred to as the sai Order) the management of the Deoria Sugar Mills Limited manufacturing sugar at Deoria in the District of Deorla in the State of Uttar Pradesh was vcsted in the Central Govern- ment under sub - section ( 3 ) of secion 3 of the Sugar Under- akings (Taking Over of Management) Ordinance, 1978 (5 of 1978), for a period of three years commencing on and from twenty-seventh day of December , 1978 ;
And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the Manage- ment of the said sugar undertaking shall coninue to vest in the Central Government for a further period of three years up to and inclusive of the twenty-sixth day of December , 1984.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (5) of section 3 of the Sugar Undertakings (Tak- ing Over of Management) Act, 1978 (49 of 1978 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that the management of the said sugar undertaking shall continue to vest in the Central Government for a further period of three years up to and inclusive of the twenty- sixth day of December, 1984.

फा० भा० 897( ८): - चीनी उपक्रम (प्रबन्ध प्रकृण) अध्यादेश, 1978 (1978 का 5) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 3 ) उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य के देवरिया जिले में बैतालपुर स्थित , चीनी का बिनि- र्माण कर रही , श्री सीता राम शुगर कम्पनी लिमिटेड का प्रबन्ध, भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व कृषि और सिंचाई मंत्रालय (खाद्य विभाग ) के भावेश स ० का० भा ० 726 ( श्र ) , तारीख 26 दिसम्बर, 1978 द्वारा ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त आदेश कहा गया है ) 27 दिसम्बर, 1978 से प्रारम्भ होने वाली तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए केन्द्रीय सरकार में निहित कर दिया गया था;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि लोकहित में यह समीचीन है कि उक्त श्रीनी उपक्रम का प्रबन्ध 26 दिसम्बर, 1984 ौर इम तारीख को सम्मिलित करते हुए तीन वर्ष की भौर अवधि के लिए केन्द्रीय सरकार में निहित बना रहेगा ;
मतः केन्द्रीय सरकार चीनी उपकम ( प्रबंध ग्रहण ) अधिनियम, 1978 (1978 का 49) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 5 ) द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह निदेश देती है कि उक्त चीनी उपक्रम का प्रबन्ध 26 दिसम्बर, 1984 तक और इस तारीख को सम्मिलित करते हुए, तीन वर्ष की और भ्रर्वाध के लिए केन्द्रीय सरकार में निहित बना रहेगा।

Ltd. , manufacturing sugar at Baitalpur in the District of Deoria in the State of Uttar Pradesh was vested in the Central Government under sub - section ( 3 ) of section 3 of the Sugar Undertakings (Taking Over of Management) Ordi- nance, 1978 ( 5 of 1978) , for a period of three years com- mencing on and from the twenty- seventh day of December , 1978 ;
