का० मा० १०० ( ८) सं ० ई ( सी) को, 1977 / एएस ( 226 ) --भायात-निर्यात (निर्थक्षण ) अधिनियम, 1947 ( 1947 का 18 ) के खण्ड -3 द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकारों का प्रयोष करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा निर्याप्त (नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1977 मे भागे संशोधम करने के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रादेश का निर्माण करती है , अर्थात्

1 इस आदेश का निर्यात ( नियनण ) 37वा सशोधन आदेश की सज्ञा दी जाए ।
2 निर्यात ( नियत्रण ) आदेश, 1977 मे
( 1 ) खुले सामान्य लाइमेम-3 मे क्रम संख्या 55 वे सामने के कालम 4 में आने बाली वर्तमान शर्त न ० ३ को निम्नलिखित द्वार। प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा
"कुटीर उद्योगो के हस्तकरषा वम्त , हरन निर्मित त्रुटीर उद्योगो के उत्पादो के एमे ह्यकरय। वस्त्र भौर परम्परागन लोक हस्तशिल्प वस्त्रो मे उत्पाद ( जारतीय मदें ) मात्रिक प्रतिबन्ध के अधीन नही है । ईईसी वर्ग न ० 7,8,26 और 27 के अधीन आने यात्री हृथकरघा पोशाको को छोडकर कुटीर उद्योग के हथकरघा यस्तो और ऐसे ही हथकरधा बस्त्रो के बने हुए हस्त निर्मित कुटीर उद्योग उत्पाद के मामने में कम्बीनेशन प्रपत्र के भाग-2 में वस्त्र समिति का एक " निरीक्षण पुष्याकन" अपेक्षित होगा । परम्परागत लाक हस्त शिल्प बस्त्र उन्पादो ( भारतीय मदो ) के मामले में, वस्त्र ममिति या भारतीय या अखिल भारतीय हस्त शिन्य बोर्ड का प्रमाण पश्न अपेक्षित होगा । "
( 2 ) खुले मामान्य लाइसेंस में त्रम स ० 56 के मामने आने वाले कालम-4 में वर्तमान शर्त ( 3 ) को निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा--
"हथकरघा वस्त्र और हस्त निर्मित वस्तुए और "भारतीय मदें" मात्तिक प्रनिबन्ध के अधीन नही है । हथकरघा वस्त्र और हस्त निर्मित हथकरघा से बनी वस्तुचो के मामले मे कम्थीनेशन प्रपत्र के भाग-2 मे वस्त्र समिति का " निरीक्षण पृष्ठाकन" अपेक्षित होगा । यु एस वर्ग संख्या -336 , 340 , 341 , 347 और 349 के अधीन आने वाले हथकरघा पोशाको के मामले मे वस्त्र समिति द्वारा विधिवत् पृष्ठांकितल कम्बीनेशन प्रपत्र मे परिधान निर्यात संवर्धन परिषद का कोटा पृष्ठाकन भी होना चाहिए । ' भारतीय मदो' के अन्तर्गन आने वाले वस्त्र उत्पादो के मामले में वस्त्र समितिया अखिल भारतीय हस्त शिल्प बोर्ड का एक प्रमाण - पत्र अपेक्षित होगा । "

EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
S.O. 900(E ) No. E ( C) O , 1977 / AM( 226) .-In exercise of the powers confer- red by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports ( Control ) Act, 1947 ( 18 of 1947) , भारत का राजपत्र असाधारण

the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Exports ( Control ) Order , 1977 , namely :-
1. This Order may be called the Exports ( Control ) thirty - seventh Amend- ment Order , 1981
2. In the Exports ( Control ) Order , 1977-
( i ) In OGL . 3 , the existing condition No. ( iii ) in Col , 4 , appearing against S. No. 55 , shall be substituted by the following :-
"Handloom fabrics of the Cottage Industry , handioom cottage industry products made of such handloom fabrics and traditional folklore handicraft textile products ( India items ) are not subject to quanti- tative restraints . An " Inspection Endorsement " by the Textiles Committee in Part - 2 of the Combination Form will be required in the case of handloom fabrics of the cottage industry , handmade cottage industry products made of such handloom fabrics except handloom garments falling under EEC category No3 , 7 , 8 , 26 and 27. In the case of traditional folklore handicraft textile products (India items ) , a certificate by the Textiles Committee or the All India Handicrafts Board will be required . "
(ii ) In OGL . 3 , the existing condition No. (iii ) in Col. 4 , appearing against S. No. 56 , shall be substituted by the following :-
"Handloom fabrics , handmade handloom made up articles and ' India items' are not subject to quantitative restraints , An " Inspection Endorsement " by the Textiles Committee in Part - 2 of the Combina- tion Form will be required in the case of handloom fabrics and handmade handloom made - up articles . In the case of handloom gar- ments falling under U. S. categories Nos , 336 , 340 , 341 347 and 348 , such Combination Form duly endorsed by the Textiles Com- mittee should also contain the quota endorsement by the Apparels Export Promotion Council , In the case of textile products , falling under ' India Items' , a certificate by the Textiles Committee or the All India Handicrafts Board will be required . "
