NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 17th December, 1981

S.O. 9U1(E).—In exercise of the power* conferred by Section 3 of the CommiMlOM ot Inquiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1952), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Homo Affairs (Department of Personnel and Ad- ministrative Reforms) No. 375/11/81-AVD. IV [S..O 488(E)] dated the 18th June, 1981 (relating to the Commission of Inquiry consisting of Shri S. K, Ray), namely :—

In paragraph 4 of \he said notification, for the words, "within a period of six months", the words, figures and letters "on or before the 30th day of Juno, 1982" shall be substituted.
