सं ० 205 / 81-सो० ई ० केन्द्रीय उत्पान शुल्क
सा० का०मि ० 673 ( ० ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क नियम , 1944 के नियम B के उपनियम ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह निदेश देती है कि भारत सरकार के राजस्व और बैंकिंग विभाग की प्रत्येक अधिसूचना को, जो इससे उपाबद्ध सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में विनिदिष्ट है , उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 3 ) की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट रीति से संशोधित किया जाएगा ।

उक्त अधिसूचना से उपाबद्ध मारणी में क्रम सं ० 1 के सामन स्तम्भ 4 की प्रविष्टि में " 3500 00 रु ० प्रति टन अंकों और शब्दों के स्थान पर 4200.00 रु ० प्रति मीटरी टम" अंक भोर शब्द रखें जाएंगे ।
उक्त अधिसूचना में , परन्तुक में , " 3500.00 १० प्रति मीटरी टन अंकों और शब्दों के स्थान पर " 4200.00 रु ० प्रति मीटरी टन" अंक भौर शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

New Delhi , the 24th December , 1981
No. 205/ 81 - Central Excises
G.S.R. 673 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- rule ( 1 ) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules , 1944, the Central Government hereby directs that cach of the notifications of the Government of India in the Department of Revenue and Banking, specified in column (2 ) of the Table hereto annexed , shall be further amended in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3 ) of the said Table .
