NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 26th December, 1981
S.O. 911(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of sec- tion 1 of the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), the Central Government hereby appoints the 27th day of December, 1981 as the date on which the provisions of Chapter IV (except sections 44 and 45 which have al- ready been brought into force) and Chapters V and VI (except sub-section (1) of section 76 and sections 77, 78, 79 and 81 which have already been brought into force) of the said Act shall come into force in the following areasi in the Union Territory of Pondicherry, namely :—
"The areas within the revenue villages of Villianur, Kurumbapet, Odiam- pet, Thirukkanji, Uruaiyar, Mangalam, Sathamangalam, Kizhur Ariyur Thondamanatham, Ramanathapuram. Kr.oilnpnkVam, Piltoyar- kuppam, Olavaikkal, Ussudu, Thuttipet, K.n;ikvir ;.n I Si'dsir-ipi'i in the Villianur, Sub-Taluk and the areas within the revenue villages of Bahour, Kuruvinath;>'ii.
