EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
S.O. 918(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3, of the Import* and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order. 1*77, nwiely :—
1. This order may be called the Exports (Control) Thirty-eight Amend-
ment Order, 1981.
2. In the Exports (Control) Orde.v, 1977, in OGL-3, in Col. 4 the existing condition appearing against S. No. 8 shall be substituted by the following :—
"Export will be allowed only if; (a) irrevocable letter of credit has been opened by the foreign buyor severing 100 per cent f.o.b. value of the> consignment or (b) advance payment haa been received provided that (i) the advance payment covers 100 per cent f.o.b. VBIOC of the censignment and w advanc* payment has been received through an authorised dealer in foreign exchange. Export of Onions upto 20 Kgs. per copsignMent wjl) also be allowed by Air as a part of assorttd VeietaW"i"
