NeW Delhi, the 23rd December, 1981

O.N. 95(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 22 of the Representation of tho People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), tho Election Commission hereby directs that the following further Hmendment shall be made in its notification No. 434|GJ|79(2), dated the 3rd October, 1979, namely :—

In Column 2 of the Table appended to the said notification, against item 16 'Returning Offlcer of 16-Kapadavunj Parliamentary Constituency',' for the existing entry numbered 6, the entry "Prant Offlcer, Nadiad Sub- Division, Nadiad", shall be substituted.
