ORDER

New Delhi, the 31st December, 1981

S.O. 933(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essen- tial Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Imported Cement Control Order. 1978 namely :—

1. (i) This Order may be called the Imported Cement Control (Fifth Amend- ment) Order, 1981.

(ii) It shall come into force with effect from lrt January, 1982.

2. In clause 6 of the Imported Cement Control Order, 1978 for the figure "536.09" the figure "540.19" shall be substituted.
