No. IPC|3|40|81.—Attention is invited to para 47 of the Import policy, 1981-82 published under th" Department of Commerce Public Notice No. 13- ITC(PN)|81 dated the 3rd April, 1981, read with para 361(iv) of the Hand Book of Iihport-Export Procedures, 1981-82 published under the Department of Com- merce Public Notice No. 14-ITC(PNJ|81 dated 3rd April, 1981.
2. In pursuance of the aforesaid para 361 (iv) of the Hand Book of Iraport- Export Procedures, 1981-82, the following will also be eligible to import goods under OGL in terms of the afbrtadid para 47 of the Import Policy, 1981-82.—
(i) Electrical Research & Development Association, Vadodara.
(ii) Indian Statistical Institute, Calcutta,
3. t he imports will be subject to the conditions applicable to the research and development units as laid down in App'ettdix 10 of the Import policy, 1981-82.
