Sub: Export of Textile Products other than apparel products under OGL 3.
File No. 2/54/8I-EF.—Attention is invited to Export Trade Control Public Notice No. 85-ETC(PN)/8l dated 23-12-1981 and ihc Exports (Control) Order No. EfOO, 1977/AM(230), dated the 1st January, 1982, on the above subject.
2. In terms of Public Notice No. 85-ETC(PN)/81 dated 23-12-1981, the Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council will take over, with effect from 1st January, 1982, the work of collection of statistics of exports of textile products, all types namely, non-quota items e\ported to quota countries and all item? exported to non- _ quota countries other than apparel products, on a global basis. Accordingly, the following entry shall be added after S.No. 70(xiv), on page 23 of Export Policy April, 1981—March, 1982:—
