New Delhi, the 2nd January, 1982

EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

S.O,.4(E)|No. E(C)O, 19771 AM(231).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Cen- tral Government' hereby makes the following order further to amend, the Export* (Control) Order. 1977, namely :—

1. This Order may be c"lled the Exports (Control) Second Amendment Order,

1982.

2. In the Exports (Control) Order, 1977—

(i) In Part 'B' Schedule I, the existing entry appearing against S. No. 7" and the corresponding entry appearing at S. No. 70 in OGL. 3 shall bo deleted.

(ii) In Part "A¹, Schedule I, tho following shall be added after S. No. 72:

"73. Silver Coins (irrespective of the Silver Content)

Note :—Commemorative proof set coins (uncirculated quality) issued frflm time to time will be permitted to be exported only by India Government' Mint, Bombay and the Customs authorities will directly allow such exports.¹⁷
