NOTIFICATION

O.K. KJK).—In exercise of the powers confencd by sub-scclion (1) of sec- tion 13C of the Representation of the People, Act, 1950 (43 of 19J0), the Election Commission heieby directs Ihat the following amendment;, shall be made in its notification No. 429|DL|79(1), dated 23 October, 1980, namely:—
In column 2 of the table appended to the said notification,—
(a) against item No. 3-Outcr Delhi parliamentary constituency, tie existing entries numbered 1, 3 and 4 shall be deleted, the remain- ing enti-y numbered 2 shall be re-numbered as 1 and after the scud entry so re-numbered the following entry shall be inserted :—
"2. Shri B. S. Rana,
Land Acquisition Collector, Delhi,"; and
(b) against item No. '6-Delhl SAoar pailiamentary constituency, the exist- ing entiy numbered 2 shall be deleted and the remaining entries shall be re-numbered as 1 and 2.
