S.R.O.3-(E):—In pursuance of sub-section (3) of section l4 of the Cantonments Act, 1924, (2 of 1924) read with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Defence No. S.R O. 2-E dated the 7th January, 1982, Published in the Government of India, Extraordinary Gazette, Part I Section 4 dated the 7th January 1982, the Central Government hereby notifies that the following two persons have been nominated by the Officer Com- manding the Station, to be the members of the Cantonment Board, Mhow with effect from 7th January, 1982:—
S.R.O. 2-E.—In. exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 14 of the Cantonments Act, 1924(2 of 1924), the Central Government, being satisfied that for the administra- tion of the Cantonment, it is desirable to vary the constitution of the Cantonment Board, Mhow, hereby makes a declaration to that effect and further directs that the constitution of the said Board shall stand varied for a period of one year with effect from the 7th January, 1982,
