1. (i) These rules may be tailed the Urban Land (Ceiling and , Regulation) Third Amendment Rules, 1981.

Foot Note ; The Appellate Authority for Maharashtra was first prescribed vide the Urban Land (Ceiling and Regu- lation) Fourth Amendment Rules, 1976 notified as GSR 1107 dated 15-7-1976 and published in the Gazette of India Part IT, Section 3, sub-section (i) No. 30 dated 24-7-76 and subsequently amended by the Urban Land (Ceiling and Regu- lation) Amendment Rules, 1977 notified as GSR 183 dated 27-1-1977 published in tho Gazette of IodJa, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (i) No. 6 dated 5-2-1977 and Corrigendum GSR 506 dated 30-3-1977 published in the Gazette of India Part ir, Section 3, sub-section (i) No. 15 dated 9-4-1977 and, the Urban Land (Celling and Regulation) Amendment Rules 1978, notified as GSR 273 dated 6-2-1978 and published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, sub-seclion (i) dated 18-2-1978 further revised by GSR No. 271 (E) dated 27-44979.
