New Delhi, the 11th January, 1982
GAR. 8(E)i—In exercise of the powers conferred by tho proviso to sub- jection (1) of the section 19 of the Warehousing Corporations Act, 1962 (58 of 1962), the Centra] Government, after consultation with the Government of West Bengal, hereby increases the maximum limit of the authorised capital of the West Bengal State Warehousing Corporation to five crores of rupees, divided into five lacs shares of tho face value of one hundred rupees each.
