ORDER
Now Delhi, the 13th January, 1982
S.O. 16(E)/18AA/IDRA/82.—Whereas by the order of tfic Government of India In the late Ministry of Industrial Development, No. S.O. 22(E)/18\A/ IDRA/73, dated the 15th January, 1973 (as amended from time to time), the management of the industrial undertaking known as Shti Janki Sugar Mills and Comrt'cy, Doiwala, District Dchradun (Uttar Pradesh) was taken over under sub-section (1) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), foil a period of 9 years upto and Inclusive of 14th January, 1982 and the Uttar Pradesh State Sugar Corporation Limited was authorised to take over the management of the said industrial undertaking ;
And, whereas, the Central Government is of opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said industrial undertaking should continue under1 the management of the Uttar Pradesh State Sugar Corporation Limited for a further period upto and inclusive of 3Orh September, 1982.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferre.l by mib-section (2) of section 18 A A read wilh the proviso to sub-section (2) of section 18A of the Indr.stiies (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) the Central Government heieby directs that the order mentioned above shall con- tinue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of 30th September, 1982.
