New Delh, the 8th January, 1982

No. PEM-27/81.—In exercis* of the powers conferred on them by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963) the Central Govenment appoints Shri Ashoke Joshl, IAs (Tamil Nadu : 66) t" Deputy Chaiiman, Madras Port Trust with effect from the date he takes over charge of the post and until further orden.
