NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 20th January, ]W2 TOBACCO BOARD
No. 2(ll)/81-Mklg.~Tn exercise of the powers conferred by section 33 of the Tobacco Board Act, 1975 (4 of 1975), the Tobacco Board hereby mates the following regulations further lo amend the Tobacco Board Regulations, 1979, the same having been approved by the Central Government as required by sub-sectioa 3 of the said section, namely :—
1. (1) These regulations mav be called the Tobuceo Board (Amendment)
Regulations, 1982.
(2) They shall come into force on the d"tc of thei- publication in the
Official Gaiette.
2. In the Tobacco Board regulntions, 1979,—
(1) in sub-regulation (a) of regulation 3, for the woiJs and figures "50 per cent" and "120 days", the words and figure* "60 ptr cent", and "90 days" shall respectively be bubstkuted ;
(2) in the explanatory notes of Form 1. in items 31 to 39, for the words and figures "50 per cent" :ind "120 days", the words "60 per cent" and ''90 days" shall respectively be substituted ;
(3) in Fonn II, for the figures and words "60 per cent" and "120 dim" wherever they occur, the figures nnd words "60 psr cent" unrf "90 days" shall respectively be substituted.
