का०वि०ग्रा० 5- छावनी अधिनियम, 1924 ( 1924 को 2 ) की .. 14 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रवत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए लेम्द्रीय सरकार यह समाधान होने पर कि छावनी प्रशासन के लिए छावभी ोर्ड आगरा के गठन में फेरफार होना वांछनीय है, एतद्वारा तवर्ष बोयणा करती है और यह अतिरिक्त निवेश देती है कि 21 जनवरी , 1982 से एक वर्ष की कालावधि के लिए उक्त छावनी बोर्ड के गठन में फेरफार किया हुआ रहेगा ।

S.R.O. 5-E.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1 ) of section 14 of the Cantonments Act, 1924 (2 of 1924) , the Central Government, being satisfied that for the administration of the Cantonment, it is desirable to vary the constitution of the Cantonment Board, Agra, hereby makes adeclaration to that effect and further directs that the consti- tution of the said Board shall stand varied for a period of one year with effect from the 21st January, 1982. फा० मि०श्रा ० 6 -ई छ, वर्न। श्रधिनियम , 1934 ( 1924 का 2 ) की शारा 14 की उपधारा ( 3 ) के अनुमरण में जिसे भारत सरकार के रक्षा मंत्रालय अधिसूचना संख्या का ०नि०आ० 5 -ई विनांक 22 जनवरी , 1982 के साथ जो कि भान्न मरकर श्रमाधारण गजपत्र दिनांक 22 जनवरी , 1982 के भाग-2 बच्स-4 में प्रकाशित हुआ था , पढ़ा जाए, फेन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा अधिसूचित करती है कि निम्नलिखित दो व्यक्तियों को स्टेश्वर के आफिसर फांडिंग स्टेशन द्वारा छावनी बोर्ड , आगरा के सदस्य के रूप
में 21 जनवरी , 1982 रो मनोनीत किया गया है:-
1 ले ० के ० ग्यान बंद
धारा 14 की उपधारा ( 2 ) के खण्ड ( ख ) के अन्तर्गत नामांकित
2. श्री ओम प्रकाश सपुत्न स्व० धाग ( 14 ) की उपधारा ( 2 ) के
लाला वणेश्वर माथ
खण्ड ( ग ) के अन्तर्गत नामांकित

S.R.O. 6- E.-In pursuance of sub - section (3 ) of section 14 of the Cantonments Act , 1924 (2 of 1924) read with the not fication of the Government of India in the Ministry of Defence No. S.R.O. 5 - E . dated the 22nd January , 1982, published in the Government of India, Extraordinary Gazette, Part II , Section 4 dated the 22nd January , 1982 , the Central Government hereb notifies that the following two persons have been nominated by the Officer Commanding the Station , to be the members of the Cantonment Board , Agra with effect from 21st January, 1982 :-- 1. Lt. Col. Gian Chand
nominated under clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 14
2. Shri Om Parkash son of nominated under clause (c) of sub-section (2) of section 14 .
