ORDER
New Delhi, the 23rd January, 1982
S.O. 47(E).—In exercise of the powers centered by section 18G and section 25 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1931), the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Cement Control Ordei, 1967, numely :—
1, (1) This Order may be called the Cement Control (Second Amendment)
Order, 1982.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication In the Official
Gazette.
2. In clause 8 of the Cement Control Older, 1967, the existing Explana- tion shall be numbered as "Explanation I", and after Explanation I as so numbered, the following Explanation shall be inserted, namely :—
"Explanation II.—For the removal of doubts, it is hereby declared that the expression "ordinary portland cement" referred to in subclause (c) includes coloured cement made from cement other than white cement.".
