का० प्रा० 55 ( ५ ) पेन्द्रीय सरकार ने, कोयला धारक क्षेत्र (भर्जन और विकास ) अधिनियम, 1957 ( 1957 का 20 ) की धारा 4 की उप घारा ( 1 ) के अधीन, भारत मग्वार के भूतपूर्व इस्पात , खान और मोयला मत्रालय (कोयला विभाग ) की अधिसूचना स ० 3833 तारीख 24 नवम्बर, 1979 द्वारा इससे सलग्न अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट परिक्षेत्र में 1472 00 एकड ( लगभग) या-३५१ ४० ड्रेस्डे ( लगभग ) माप की भूमि की ग्रायन कोथने का पूर्वे- क्षण करने के अपने आशय की सूचना वी थी ,
उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 7 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के अधीन उक्त भूमि की बाबा कोई भी सूचना नहीं दी गई है ।
1981से प्रारम्भ होने अप्त. , केन्द्रीय सरखार, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 7 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए' 24 नवम्बर, बासी एक बर्ष की और अवधि को उस प्रवधि के रूप में विनिर्दिष्ट करती है जिसके भीतर केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त भूमि था ऐसी भूमि मे या उन पर किन्ही अधिकारो को अर्जन करने के अपने आशय को सूचना दे सकती है ।

रेखा मकईपासी , पद्मावतीपुर और रकास प्रामों से होकर जाती है ।
च-ग रेखा , रकास और माबूपुर ( अल्हाद नगर) ग्रामों की भागत सम्मिलित, मीना के रकाम और दामोदरपुर, अनन्तवेरिनो और दामोधर पुर , लक्षमणपुर और वामोदरपुर , लक्षमणपुर और नखनपुर, की सम्मिलित सीमा के साथ-साथ जाती है । ( जो वामोदरपुर ब्लाक के लिए कोयन अधिनियम की धारा 9 ( 1 ) के अधीन अर्जित क्षेत्र की सम्मिलित सीमा है) ।
ग-घ-ण रेखाएं लक्ष्मणपुर ग्राम से होती हुई भरनपुर ग्राम कोनामा के साथ- राय जाती है ( जो भरतपुर ब्लाक के लिए फोरना प्रविनिरन की धारा 9 ( 1 ) के अधीन अर्जित क्षेत्र की सम्मिलित सीमा है ) ।
रेखा लक्ष्मणपुर और बालन्या, लक्ष्मणपुर और बड़ासिंगवा ग्रामो की सम्मिलित सीमा ( जो दक्षिणी बालन्दा ब्लाक के लिए कोयला अधिनियम की धारा 9 ( 1 ) के अधीन अर्जित क्षेत्त की सम्मिलित मीमा है ) ।
च- छ -अ रेखाएं लक्ष्मणपुर और जामू बहाली , बैदेसर और जामू बहाली , पवित्रपुर और जमू-बहाली, पवित्रपुर और वानरा , अनन्तजेरिनी और वानरा , पद्मावतीपुर और वानरा , दसरथीपुर और वानरा ग्रामों, की सम्मिलित सीमा के साथ-साथ और नकईवासी और वानरा ग्रानों के एक भाग के साथ- साथ ( जो नादिरा ब्लाक के लिए कोयला अधिनियम की धार। 9 ( 1 ) के अधीन प्रजित क्षेत्र की मम्मिलित मीनः है ) ।
रेखा , मकईवामी ग्राम से होकर जाती है और भारंभिक बिन्दु "क" पर मिलती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 27th January , 1982
S.O. 55 (E) . Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Steel , Mines and Coal (Department of Coal) , No. S.O. 3833 , dated the 7th November, 1979, under sub - section ( 1) of section 4 of the Coal Bearing Areas ( Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 (20 of 1957) published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3 (if ) dated the 24th November, 1979 , the Central Government gave notice of its intention to prospect for coal in lands measuring 1472.00 acres (approximately) or 595.69 hectares (approximately) in the locality specified in the Schedule appended hereto :-
And whereas in respect of the said lands , no notice under sub - section ( 1 ) of section 7 of the said Act has been given.
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 7 of the said Act , the Central Government hereby specifies a further period of one year commencing from the 24th November , 1981 , as the period within which the Central Government may give notice of its intention to acquire the said lands or any rights in or fover such lands .

BOUNDARY DESCRIPTION :
A-B line passes through villages Nakaipasi , Padmabatipur and Rakas .
B-C line passes along the part common boundary of villages Rakas and Madupur ( Alhadnagar) , common boundary of villages Rakas and Damodarpur , Anantaberini and Damodarpur , Lachhmanpur and Damodarpur , Lachhmanpur and Nakhatrapur which forms common boundary with the area acquired under section 9 ( 1 ) of the Coal Act for Damodarpur Block .
C-D- E lines pass through village Lachhmanpur and along the boundary of village Bharatpur which form common boundary with the area acquired u/ s 9 ( 1 ) of the Coal Act for Bharatpur Block.
ピート line passes along the common boundary of villages Lachhmanpur and Balanda , Lachhmanpur Badasingada (which forms common boundary with the area acquired u/ s 9(1 ) of the Coal Act for South Balanda Block . )
F-G -H - I - J lines pass along the common boundary of villages Lachhmanpur and Jamu Bahali , Baidesrar and Jamu Bahali , Pabitrapur and Jamu Bahali , Pabitrapur and Danra , Anantaberini and Danra Padmabatipur and Danra , Dasara- thipur and Danra and part of villages Nakaipasi and Danra which forms common boundary with the area acquired u/ s 9 ( 1 ) of the Coal Act for Nandira Block .
J-A line passes through village Nakaipasi and meets at starting point 'A' .
