G.S.R. 30 (E).—In pursuance of sub-clause (i) of clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wing) No. G.S.R. 295(E) dated 30th March, 1979, the Central Government hereby specifies the number of persons mentioned in column (2) of the Table below to be appointed by that Government to represent the interests mentioned in column (1) of the said Table on the Board of Trustees of the Port of Bombay :

G.S.R. 3l(E).- In pursuance of the provisions of sub- clause (ii) of cUuse (c) of sub-section (J) of section 3 of the Major Ports Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of ] 963), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wing) No. G.S.R. 296{E), dated 30th March J 979, the Central Government hereby specifies the number of persons mentioned In column 4 of the Table below to be elected by each of the bodies to ro- prcsent each of the interests, shown respectively in column ? and 3 of the said Table, on the Board of Trustees of the Port of Bombay :
Provided lhat in the case of bodies mentioned ayainst serial numbers 1 and 8 of the said Table, being owned or controlled by the Government, the persons to be elected by such bodies shall be appointed by the Central Government.

2. In pursuance of sub-section (4) of section 3 of the aforesaid Act, the Central Government hereby specifies the period ending with the 1st March. 1982, as the period within which the election of Trustees shall bo held.
3. This notification shall come into force on the 1st Apiil,
1982.

G.S.R. 33(E)._—In pursuance of the provisions of sub-clause (ii) of clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), and in supersession of the noti- fication of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wing) No. G.S.R. 262(E) dated the 26th March, 1979, the Central Government hereby specifies the number of persons mentioned in column 4 of the Table below to be elected by each of the bodies to represent each of the interests, j>hown respectively in column 2 and 3 of the said Table on the Board of Trustees of the Port of Visakhupalnam :
