(Department of Textiles)NOTIFICATIONS S.O. 60(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (h) of section 2 of the British India Corporation Limited (Acquisition of Shares) Act, 1981 (29 of 1981) the Central Government hereby specifics the 29th day of January 1982 as the date for the purpose of section 7 of the said Act, New Delhi, the 29th January, 1982 S.O. 59(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (h) of section 2 of the British India Corporation Limit- [File No. 22/18/81-WT(ii)] 1257 GI/81 (97)

S.O. 61(E).—In ejwrcise of the powers conferred by clause (h) of section 2 of the British Tndia Corporation Limited (Acquisition of Share*) Act, 1981 (29 of 1981), the Central Government hereby specifies the 1st day of Februaiy, 1982, as the date for the purpose of section 8 of the said Act. Every shareholder, having a claim in relation to tiny share acquired by the said Act, shall prefer such claim before the Commissioner of Payments, in Room No. 703 (71h Hoor), Ashoka Estate, 24 Barakhamba Road, New Delhi 110001, within tho period of limitation prescribed by section 8 of the aforesaid Act.
