NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 30 January, 1982

G.S.R. 36(E).—In pursuance of sub-clause (i) of cluase (c) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Major Port Trustes Act 1963 (38 of 1963), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wing) No. G.S.R. 263 (E) dated 26th March, 79 the Central Government hereby specifies the number of persons mentioned in column (2) of the Table below to be appointed by that Government to represent the interests mentioned in column (1) of the said Table on the Board of Trustees of the Port of Kandla.

G.S.R. 37(E) In pursuance of the provisions of Sub-clause (ii) of clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Acts, 1963 (38 of 1963), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wing) No.G.S.R. 264(E) dated 26th March, 1979 the Central Government hereby speci- fies the number of persons mentioned in column 4 of tho Table below to be elected by each of tho bodies to represent each of tho interests, shown respectively in column 2 and 3 of the said Table, on the Board of Trustees of the port of Kandla;

Provided that in the case of bodies mentioned against serial numbers 5 and 6 of the said Table, being owned or controlled by the Government, tho persons to bo elected by such bodies shall be appointed by the Central Government.
