NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th January, 1982
S.O. 62 (E) :—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-soctxon (3) of section 1 of the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), the Central Government hereby appoints the 31st day of January, 1982 as the date on which the provisions of Chapter IV (except sections 44 and 45 which have already been brought Into force) and Chapters V and VI [except sub-section (1) of section 76 and sections 77,78,79 and 81 which have already been brought into force] of the said Act ihall come into force in the following aroas in the State of Bihar, namely :—
"The areas comprised within revenue village 'Bela1, revenue thana Muzaffarpur
Sadar, District Muzaffarpur."
