G.S.R. 45(E).—In pursuance of sub-clause (i) of clause
of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts 1963 (38 of 1963), and in supersession of the notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Trar (Transport Wing) No. G.S.R. 267(E), dated 26th March, the Central Government hereby specifies the number of person mentioned in column (2) of the Table below to be appoint that Government to represent the interests mentioned in < (1) of the said Table on the Board of Trustees of the Calcutta:

G.S.R.46(E).—fn pursuance of the provisions of sub-clause (iOof clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), and in supersession of tho notifi- cation of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wing) No. G.S.R. 268(E), dated 26th March, 1979, ths Central Government hereby specifies the rinnttor of persons mentioned in column 4 of the Table below to beolccted by each of the bodies to represent each of the Interests, shown respectively in columns 2 and 3 of the said Table, on the Board of Trustees of the Port of Calcutta:

G.S.R. 47(E).—In pursuance of sub-clause (i) of clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), and in supersession of the notification of the Governmont of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wing) No. G.S.R. 297(E) dated 30th March, 1979, the Central Gov rnment hereby specifics the number of persons mentioned in column (2) of the Table below to be appointed by that Government to represent the interests mentioned in column (1) of the said Table on the Bonrd of Trustees of the Port of Madras.
