New Delhi, the 6th February, 1982

S.O. 66(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (c) of clause 2 of the Wheat Roller Flour Mills (Licensing and Control) Order, 1957, the Cen- tral Government hereby appoints the Deputy Secretary (Development and Regu- lation) in the Department of Food as the Licensing Authority.
