New Delhi, the 8th February, 1982G.S.R. 51 (E).-In pursuance of sub-clause (i) of clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wing) No. G.S.R. 712 (E), dated 26th December, 1979, the Central Government hereby specifies the number of persons mentioned in column (2) of the Table 1294 GI/81 (111)

2. This notification shall come into force on the 1st April,

1982.

No. PW/PTB-60-81] G.S.R. 52 (EJ.— In pursuance of Ihc provisions of sub- clause (ii) of clause (c) of sub-seclion (1) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, (963 (38 of 1963), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wine) No. G.S.R. 713 (E) dated 26th December, 1979, the Central Government hereby specifies the number of persons mentioned in column 4 of the Table below to be elected by each of the bodies to re- present each of the interests, shown respectively in column 2 and 3 of the said Table, on the Board of Trustees of the Port of Paradip :

Provided lhat in the case of body mentioned against serial number 4 of the said Table being owned or controlled by the Government, the person to bo elected by such body shall be appointed by the Central Government.
