Capital goods viz. machineries, Products of Silver, other than Silver utensils, table wares, Silver Paste, Silver suspension and other compounds of silves and in chemical form if not covered under silver;
G.S.R. 56(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No, 186/75- Central Excises, dated the 21st August, 1975, namely:—
