3. उक्त नियमों के नियम 62 में , " एक रुपया" शब्दों के स्थान पर "दो रुपए" शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।
सा० का ०नि ० 58 (अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारतीय तार अधिनियम, 1885 ( 1885 का 13 ) की धारा 7 द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारतीय तार नियम , 1951 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:--

मापदर प्रणाली किसी भी एक्सचज में ऐसी तारीख से भारम्भ की जा सकेगी जिसे तास प्राधिकारी राजपत्र में अधिसूचना द्वारा इस बाबत विनिविष्ट करे । ऐसे फाल की अबधि जिसके लिए एक काल यूनिट का प्रभार लिया जाता है, ऐसे टेलीफोन एक्सचेंजों के बीच तार प्राधिकारी द्वारा समय- समय पर विनिदिष्ट की गई दूरी पर निर्भर करेगी, जिमसे टेलीफोन करने बाला और जिनको टेलस्फिोन किया गया है, उनका संबंध है ।

( 3) उपमद ( ब) में , "रु० 15 प्रति तिमाही" और "रु० 12- प्रति तिमाही" अक्षरों, भंकों और शब्दों के स्थान पर रु ० 10- प्रत्येक दो मास के लिए" और "रु० 8- प्रत्येक दो मास के लिए" अक्षर, अंक और शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।
( 2 ) खण्ड III में , भद ( 1 ) की उपमव ( ग) के क्लाज ( ii) में, "तिमाही " शब्द के स्थान पर " मासिक" शब्द रखे जाएंगे ;
( 3) खण्ड में, सारणी की मद ( ग) की उपमद ( 2) भौर उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्:--

( 5) खण्ड VII में,-
( i ) " विभागीय एक्सचेंजेज से आकस्मिक कनेक्शन " से संबंधित मद 1 की उपमव (क) में,--
( क) प्रभार सारणी के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित सारणी रखी जाएगी , अर्थात्:-

(ख) इस प्रकार रखी गई सारणी के पश्चात् " 250 " अंक के स्थान पर " 200" अंक रखे जाएंगे ।
( ii ) "विभागीय एक्सचेंज से अस्थाई कनेक्शन " से संबंधित मव 2 में, "तिमाही " शब्द के स्थान पर "दो माम" शब्द रखे जाएंगे:
6-उक्त नियमों के नियम 438 में " तिमाही " शब्द के स्थान पर " वैमामिक " शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।
7---उक्त नियमों के नियम 493 में,-
(1 ) उप-नियम ( 7 ) में " लिसाही " शब्द के स्थान पर "है मासिक " शब्द रखे जाएंगे;
(2) उप-नियम ( 10) की मद ( क) की उपमद ( i ) में "रुपए 2400 प्रतिवर्ष" अक्षर, अंक और शब्द के स्थान पर " रु ० 3600 प्रतिवर्ष" अक्षर , भंफ और शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।
8-उक्त नियम के नियम 501 में, " तिमाष्ट्री" शब्द के स्थान पर "मैं मासिक" शब्द रम्ने आएंगे ।
9- उक्त नियमों के नियम 519 में , " क किराया " शीर्षक के गलीचे
(1) मद ( i) में "रु० 3000 प्रतिवर्ष" अक्षर, अंक भौर शब्द के स्थान परे " रु ० 4500 प्रतिवर्ष" अक्षर, अंक और शब्द रखे जाएंगे ;

New Delhi , the 11th Feb. , 1982
G.S.R. 58 (E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Indian Telegraph Act , 1885 ( 13 of 1885 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Telegraph Rules , 1951 , namely : --
1. (1) These Rules may be called the Indian Telegraph ( First Amendment) Rules , 1982 .
(2) They shall come into force on the 1st day of March 1982 .
2. In the Indian Telegraph Rules , 1951 , ( hereinafter referred to as the said rules) , in rule 60 , for the Table , the following Table shall be substituted , namely : ---

10-उक्त नियमों के नियम 520 के उपनियम ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ख) में "एक रुपए" शब्दों के स्थान पर " दो रुपए " शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

5. In rule 434 of the said rules,---

The measured rate system maybe introduced at any ex- change from such date as the Telegraph Authoirty may , by noti- fication in the Official Gazette , specify in that behalf . The duration of a call for which one " Call Unit " is charge , will depend upon the distance between the Telephone Exchanges to which the calling and called telephones are connected , as specifiedby the Telegraph Authoirity from time to time .

7. In rule 493 of the said rules ,-
(1 ) in sub-rule (7 ) , for the words " quarterly" , the word " bi- monthly " shall be substituted;
(2) in sub - rule (10) , in item ( a) in sub - item ( i) , for the letters , figures and words " Rs . 2400 per annum, " the letters , figures and words " Rs . 3600 per annum " , shall be substituted .
8. In rule 501 of the said rules , for the word " quarterly" , the word "bi - monthly " shall be substituted.
9. In rules 519 of the said rules , under the heading "A Rental"-
(1) in item ( i), for the letters , figures and words "Rs . 3000 per annum" , the letters , figures and words "Rs . 4500 per annum " , shall be substituted;
(2) in item ( il) , for the letters , figures and words " Rs . 600 per annum " , the letters , figures and words " Rs . 900 per annum" , shall be substituted.
