New Delhi, the 11th February, 1982

S.O. 7i(E).-—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of .section 5 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (37 of 1967), the Centi.il Government, being of opinion that it is necessary so to do, hereby constitutes the "Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Tribunal' consisting of Shri Justice B L. Jlansanu, Judge of the Gauhati High Court.
