S.O. 74(E).—In excicise of Ihe powers conferred by section 17 of the Un- lawful Aclhiiies (Prevention) Act, 1967 (37 of 1967), the Central Government -hereby authorises the Chief Secretary, Government of Mizoram to exercise the power to sanction piosecution in respect of all offetices punishable under ilie said Act.

S.O. 75(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of tho Un- lawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (37 of 1967), the Central Government hereby directs thm all the powers which may be exercised by it under section 7 and section K of the said Act, shall be exercise also by tho Government of Mizorani.
