G.S.R. 61(E).—la exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Acl, 1962 (52 of 1962) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in Lhc Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 230-Customs, dated the 20th October, 1981, the Central Govern- raent, being satisfied that it is necesstiry in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts gro-undnut, falling under Heading No. 20 of the Second Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), when exported out of India, from the whole of the duty of customs leviable thereon under the said Second Schedule.
