Com./Sugarcane.-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 3 of the Sugarcane (Control) Order, 1966, and having regard to the various factors men- tioned in sub-clause (1) thereof, the Central Government, after further consultation with such authorities, bodies and associations as are considered necessary by it to be consulted, and on the basis of the basic minimum price of sugarcane (141) 1322 GI/8I
