NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 15th Febiuary 19K2
S. O. 77 (E):-'Whereas it appears to the Centrt'l Govern- ment that it is necessary in the public interest that lor the trans- port of petroleum from Uran Terminal to MSLB Gas Turbine Project Bhcndkhal in Mahaiashtra State Pipeline should be !,ud by the Oil and Natural Gas Commission.
And whereas, it appeal •> that for the purpose of laying such pipelines, '<• is necessary to acquire the right of user in thL- land described in the Schedule annexed hereto.
Now, thcrtfoe, in exercise of the powers confoned by -section (1) of the section 3 ot the Petroleum and Mineral Pipelines (Acquisition of right of user in land; Act,1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby declares its intention to acquire tn right of user therein;
Provided (hat, any person interested in the said land may, within 21 days from tho date of this notification, object to the luwng of the pipeline under the land to the Competent Authority, Oil & Natural Gas Commission, Plot No. 9, Middle [Class Housing Society, Panvcl, Id I : Panvel, District: Raigud, State : Maharashtra.
And every person making such an objection ^liall state specifically whether he wishes lo be heard in person or by a legal practitioner.
