134 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)]And further whoreas me Central uovernment nas alter considering tho said report, decided to acquire the right of use in lands specified in tho Schedule appended to this notification;
Now therefore, in exercise of the power conferred by sub- section (1) of the Section 6 of the said Act, the Central Govern- ment hereby declares that the right of user in the said lands specified in tho schedule appended to this notification hereby acquired for laying tho pipelines;
And further in exercise of power conferred by sub-section (4) of that section, the Central Government directs that the right of user in the said lands shall instead of vesting in the Central Government vest on thi s date of the publication of this declara- tion in the Oil and Natural Gas Commission, freo from encum- brances.
