ORDER

New Delhi, the 16th February, 1982

S.O. 81(E)/l"FB/lDRA/82.—Whereas by the order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Depart- ment of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 105(E)/18FB/ IDRA/78, dated the 17th February, 1978 (hereinafter referred to as the said order), the Central Government, in exercise ot the powers conferred by clause (b; of sub-section (1) of section 18FB of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), declaied that the operation of all contracts, assurances of property, agreements, settlements, awaids, standing orders or other instruments in force imme- diately before the date of issue of the said order (other than these relating to secured liabilities to banks and financial institutions) to which the industrial undertaking known as Messrs Indore Textiles Limited, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh is a party or which may be applicable to the said industrial undertaking or company shall remain suspended for a period Of one year from such date and that all the rights, privilege*, obligations, end liabilities accruing of arising thereunder before the said date shall remain suspended for the said period;

And whereas the duration of the said order was extended

upto and inclusive of the lfith February, 1982;

And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that the duration of the said order should be extended for a ftuther period upto the 11th August, 1982;

Now> therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1), read with sub-section (2) of section 18FB of the Industries (Development & Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby ex- tends the duration of the said order uplo and inclusive of the 11th August, 1982.
