F. No. IFC|23(1Z)|81.—Attention is invited to the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 8-lTC(.PN}i8l dated the 28th February 1981 notifying the terms and conditions governing the issuance of licences under the Netherland Government credit.
2. It has been decided that the terms and conditions af notified in the afore- said Public Notice of 28th, February, 1981, will also apply to the import licences issued under the new credit for Dfl. 165 million of 4lh September, 1981 entered into between the Government of India and the Netherlands Investment Bank for
Developing Countries.
