NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th J cbruary, 1982
S.O, 84(E).—In exercise of the poweis conferred by sub-section (4) of sec- tion 4 of the Gold (Control) Act, 1968 (.45 of 1968), I, M. V, N. Rao, the Admi- nistrator appointed under section 4 of the said Act, hereby authorise the Deputy Secretary in the Regional Office of the Gold Control Administrator, Bombay, to exercise the powers under clause (c) of section 26 of the said Act for giving nuthorlsatkm for disposal of gold recovered from refining or melting of silver ai referred to in section 26 of the said Act.
