S.O. 90(E).—In pursuance of clause (iv) of Section 2 of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1954 (37 of 1954), the Central Government hereby uppoinls Shu R. K. R.io, Officer on Special Duty, to perform all or any of the functions of the Director of the Central Food I.ahoratory, Ghaziabad vice Shri P. K, Dhingra, with effect from the 21rd February, 1982 till further ordci; and makes the following amendment in the nolification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and FamOy Welfare (Department of Health) No. S.O, 8t(h>, dated the 8th February, 1978, namely :—
In the Table to the suid nolification, against serial number 3, in column (1), Cm the existing cnlry, the following entry shall he substituted, namely :—
"Shri R. K. Rao'.
