1188 27-7-1966 'G.S.1R. 78(E)-—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44 of the Food Corporations Act, 1964 (37 of 1964), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Food Corporations Rules, 1965, namely :—
(Seventh Amendment) Rulos, 1966
1.(1) These rules may be called the Food Corporation

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publi-
cation in the Official Gazette.
2. In rule 3 of the Food Corporations Rules, 1965,—
(a) in sub-rule (2), for the words "five years" the words
(as amen- ded vide G.S.R. No. 1831 dt. 25-11-1966) "three years" shall be substituted;
(b) for sub-rule (4), the following sub-rule shall be substi-
